„Cul-de-Sac‟ is a docudrama feature film which focuses on the breaching of homosexual rights in Iran, and in other countries where they seek asylum.

According to a Human Rights Watch report: “… the Iranian authorities breach and violate homosexuals‟ rights continually.”
Homosexuals live miserably in Iran, and in other countries which are signatories to the Geneva Convention, including the United Kingdom, where their rights are supposed to be protected.
The worst news is…
Homosexuals, seeking asylum, face deportation if they are unable to prove their sexual orientation is genuine…
We are independent Iranian filmmakers based in London and our film seeks to raise public awareness, worldwide, and to challenge governments to reconsider how the asylum system operates unfairly against homosexuals, sometimes with terrifying consequences.
